Aqua Bay Villas is a large manor house divided into four very distinct and private villa suites, separate entrances assure privacy. The classic Caribbean architecture of the villa resides behind a native stone and shell wall; a courtyard with lush, tropical landscaping, flowering gardens and palm trees await your arrival. Mahogany doors and details, high vaulted ceilings, custom tile floors and private, covered verandas reflect the tropical Caribbean lifestyle.

Each of the four villa suites are individually transformed by an interior designer with comfortable, quality British Colonial furniture from all over the world, Tommy Bahama, Palecek in addition to furniture and lighting made by the island's artisans. Along with the classic Caribbean style are Danish, French and Italian influences as well as unique accessories and designer fabrics and linens. Original oil paintings and art work adorn the walls creating an authentic and enriching quality. The villa is "eco-friendly" and respects the natural environment.

Each villa has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, an air-conditioned master bedroom with the bathroom en suite and verandas that overlook the swimming pool, gazebo and beautiful Caribbean Sea beyond. Terms and Conditions

1. Please add the 12.5% Virgin Islands Hotel Tax to the above rates.

2. The rates are for double occupancy. For each additional person, the charge is $30.00 per person, per night.

3. A 50% deposit is due upon reservation; the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Checks are preferred, M/C and Visa are also accepted. We will reserve the dates of your vacation for you and send you the Booking Confirmation.

4. Our return guests will receive a 10% discount off of the regular rates.

5. A $200.00 Security Deposit will be held and returned at the end of the stay providing that there is no damage to the villas.

6. Check in time is 3:00 PM; check out time is 10:00 AM.

7. Children ages eight and older are welcome

8. There is a minimum stay of four nights; exceptions may be made with an additional housekeeping fee of $125.00.

9. There is a strict "no jumping or cannonballing in the pool" policy and as much as we love animals, there is a "no pets" policy as well.

10. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refunded if we can obtain a replacement rental, less 10%. Reservations cancelled 90 days or less prior to arrival will incur an additional 10% charge. We suggest traveler's cancellation insurance for this reason, as well as for hurricanes and natural disasters.
