RENTAL PROCEDURE/POLICY
50% of villa rental charge due at time reservation is made; 60 days prior to
arrival date the balance of rental charge + 8% Virgin Islands hotel tax + $500
refundable security deposit is due.  In the event of guest cancellation, total charges (less tax) are non-refundable unless SEA TURTLE VILLA is re-rented for the same time period.  A 20% handling charge of the total rent is applied  to any cancellation.

SEA TURTLE VILLA's two master bedroom suites are furnished in the traditional Virgin Island's style West Indian mahogany. The two master suites have queen beds, AC, decks and full bathrooms with custom "Caribbean" fashioned tile work. SEA TURTLE VILLA's two additional guest rooms continue to maintain the breezy open-air feeling of this island home with large interior and exterior openings. These rooms are accommodating even when not used as guest bedrooms as they offer a wonderful place to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful views of St. John island, Cruz Bay, Fish Bay, and other peaceful surroundings. The guest rooms are furnished with full size futon sleepers and lovely tropical wicker furniture. A half bath with an island-stone outdoor shower adds a third bathroom for guests.

Pool and deck areas offer plenty of that sought-after Caribbean island sun along with cool, breezy shade. Much attention has been given to designing SEA TURTLE VILLA in the US Virgin Islands as a St. John island paradise vacation "home away from home," not just another St. John USVI vacation rental villa.

 

 
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare a "bon appetit" meal or a burger on the grill. There is even a separate ice machine for making those delicious Virgin Islands tropical drinks.
