Each elegantly furnished vacation condo offers magnificent tropical views.
Relax or dine outside on a large balcony overlooking the Caribbean, or take a leisurely walk to Cruz Bay town, where you can enjoy its local shopping and fine dining.
Each vacation condo is furnished and offers a fully-equipped kitchen, phone service, TV, VCR, CD player, and more.
Every vacation condo has air conditioning and access to free laundry facilities, pool, BBQ grill, and parking.
Some offer in-suite computer stations with Internet connections.
Some vacation condos can be configured into 4 BR/4 bath accommodations for larger parties.

Additional Information:
For stays of 5 nights or less, add an additional fee of $75 to the rental of a one-bedroom unit or $125 to the rental of a two-bedroom unit.
Rates for additional persons are available on request.
With prior approval, maximum occupancy in a 2-bedroom is 6 persons; and a 1 - bedroom is 4 persons.
Children 4 and under are not permitted.
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL units are NON-smoking
Due to on-going construction in Cruz Bay, guests may hear noise and possible traffic congestion during daylight hours.

Reservation Requirements

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.
The remainder is due 30 days (60 days for Christmas reservations) prior to arrival. Partial refunds are not available for early departures.
Payments may be made by personal checks, business checks or travelers cheques.
All Guests will be asked to review, sign and return our Rental Agreement to our office.
Cancellation notices received 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival (60 days for Christmas reservations) will result in a full refund of your deposit, less 5%. Otherwise the deposit is not refundable.
