Each of the suites at Mahogany Tree Villa offers unique and comfortable Caribbean-style accommodations.
All have 1 bath, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, large decks for viewing the Caribbean.

Villa amenities include pool and gazebo, poolside BBQ, beach towels and chairs, furnished decks, telephone, cable TV, and full kitchens with all appliances and dishes/utensils.

We provide everything you need for a perfect St. John villa rental vacation, including beach towels and chairs, and a cooler. All you need to do is bring snorkel equipment and suntan lotion, and enjoy beautiful St. John.

Payment:

50% due at time of reservation plus 8% room tax; 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations:

In the event of a cancellation, a refund is given if the suite is rebooked for the same time period, less 10%.
Travel insurance is recommended to cover lost refunds, especially during hurricane season.

Notes:

Rates are all-inclusive. No added tax.
Four-day minimum rental.
Each extra person in a suite is $25/person per day high season, $20/person per day mid season, and $15/person per day off season.
Depending on availability, all suites can be rented by a single group. Rates are reduced by 10% for rentals of all Mahogany Tree Villa suites by a single group.
Wedding, honeymoon, special occasion -- let us know and we'll have champagne ready for your arrival.

Return guests always receive a discount of 5%.
Children 6 years or older are welcome at Mahogany Tree Villa.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa suites.

Guests at Mahogany Tree Villa have exclusive use of the pool and gazebo at the foot of the property. Walk down the stairway from your deck to the pool and gazebo area, painted in caribbean colors.

Cool off at the end of a day exploring St. John. Work on your tan on a poolside lounge chair. Borrow books from the Lending Library. A Wet Bar is located inside this Caribbean gazebo. Make your own drinks, and enjoy them at poolside.
