A brand new queen bed/bath a/c suite, has a fully equipped kitchen,
living, dining area, and
a large 8x28 private deck,with table/umbrella, deck chairs, and outdoor
grille. It overlooks a bird sanctuary, and two bays, and is only a hundred
or so steps to Frank Bay beach.
A 5-8 min. easy walk takes you into Cruz Bay with its exciting village
activities, restaurants,
shops, and the National Park Center.

Note: Guests will be met at the Cruz Bay dock, a
grocery trip is provided for your convenience. An orientation run for
guests new to the island. Car rentals can be arranged if desired. Four
day min. stay. I accept personal checks(no credit cards), 50% deposit

Final payment upon arrival.
Cancellation and Refund Policies In the event of a cancellation, all monies
are refundable if the vacation home is re-rented, less 20% administrative
costs based on the total villa rental. Not included in the rental
rates is a Virgin Islands hotel tax of 8%. |
